I have enjoyed my z240 strobe on a few dives. I have taken a some images that I'm quite happy with, and want to share with you. Some of them have been modified slightly in Adobe Lightroom 2. In the uw-photo community in Norway that seems to be fair game. Even in the national championship that is allowed. Though they where only allotted one hour to select and prep their images. For the 2010 competition this will change, they are then going to have the images directly of the camera. I had some trouble buying the license for Lightroom 2. The first order was reviewed and then found not acceptable. Why do they even have to review an license order? When the same order was submitted a few days later it was
accepted. No wonder Adobe has some of the most pirated software in the world.I attended a three day photo course with one of the diving clubs in Oslo. Even though I just attended two of the days it feel I learned a lot. The course covered the same content as PADI´s photo course. The only difference was that this course was free, and it did not provide an plastic...
Using the new strobe I bought I feel I can get much better photos,
so I´m really looking forward to the winter when the fjord clears up. Even though I will have to brave water temperature of -1 degree in the surface it aught to be worth it for the photo opportunities. This winter I´m also going to have my first dives in tropical water. I´m really looking forward to that. I´ll get the opportunity both in the Caribien and in Mexico. The first trip is a family excursion, while the latter is a hard-core diving trip. I´ll be
sure to post some images from both.I´m testing out Apples Mobile Me. Not sure I´m going to extend the subscription beond the first 60 free days. However, you can find my best images at: http://gallery.me.com/marius.froisland
